The Company: This company is a unique manufacturer or large, custom built products. They are very successful in what they do and are a well respected leader in their industry. 

The Role: This position is an Assembly Workshop Manager, working in the final stages of their production to ensure a quality final product is assembled, then checked. You will be responsible for leading a team of assembly and fabrication staff, and ensuring the product meets the company and client standards. 
An eye for detail is key, and a continuous improvement mindset will also be a definite advantage. You will also need to have a strong health and safety awareness as you will be the champion of your department. 

The Requirements: 

• Previous experience in a production/workshop management position
• You will have excellent leadership, communication and time management skills with methodical planning and problem solving to ensure deadlines are met
• You will need to be positive and motivated, with the ability to motivate others
• Must have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in large-product assembly, and dealing with high-end ad-hoc products a definite advantage
