We are looking for a Purchasing Manager who is solutions focused and is more operational than strategic who will report to the Supply Chain Manager and will be responsible for three Purchasing Coordinators. You will be responsible for Purchasing; including purchase orders, managing the team’s workload and orders. Pricing; updating supplier lists, negotiations with suppliers assisting with quoting and tender costings, communication with Sales and Suppliers. Supplier Management; building strong relationships with Suppliers and Team Leadership; lead, manage and motivating the team.
In order to be successful in your application, you will need:
- Excellent English communication, both verbal and written
- You will need strong computer literacy
- Proven Leadership ability
- Self-motivated, no clock watchers
- To be customer focused
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
